presentation won't run

I have a presentation video that shows a black screen and will not run on the display but will preview. any help would be appreciated newbe.

This is a very large video file. It may need a little while to cache the video on your player before it begins playing. Do you have any way of compressing the video file?

Changed to test file 9 meg still will not run.

While I continue to look into this, I have converted your video to mp4 and it is now playing locally.

I decided to use a vimeo feed instead it sems to work is that how you did it or did you load it to the HDD and run it in medi player?  how did you load locally and run mpeg4?

I think the problem is the firewall at the edge of our network.
