Presentation not displaying

I work at a university and had our displays scheduled to end on 12/23/2015, which they did. Now we're back and I can't get the displays to "restart." I just see a black screen with only the cursor showing.

I set the Schedule Start Date for today (1/4/16) with No End Date selected and a start time of 8:15 AM. But I'm not seeing the presentation. What do I need to do?

Hi Sam,

Thanks for sending the in presentation information.  After investigating, I discovered that on the schedule for the schedule (not the schedule on the presentation itself), the end date was in the past.  I changed the end date to a date in the future and the schedule is now playing just fine here on my test display.  Can you confirm that you are seeing the content now playing properly on your display as well?
