I am using the Menu 1 Template on a Raspberry Pi Model A. I have installed and configured everything per instructions twice and on multiple versions of the Pi such as the Model B+. The player starts up fine but when it loads the presentation, it's just a black screen. It's not frozen because I can still Alt+F4 and let it auto start back up again. I have also tried it on multiple screen resolutions. What can I do to fix this please!

Thanks.

Johnny,

Have you published this presentation? Do you have a schedule set up to show this presentation on this display?

Please see our user documentation at help.risevision.com for more information on the above.

Wow that did it! It was already published but I forgot about the scheduling. I had a custom schedule and changed it to all displays all the time. Eventually though I want to have a schedule setup. Maybe I have the timezone settings wrong somewhere. The only problem now is that the presentation quits and starts back up again every few minutes.

On a side note, I see that the template I am using is pulling the data from a Google Spreadsheet. I can see the cell parameters it is looking for but I can not access the spreadsheet to make a copy of it. I want to point my presentation to a copy of my own spreadsheet so that I can just keep the parameters in the presentation settings. Could I get a copy of the spreadsheet so I can load it into my own Google Drive and link that to my presentation?

Thanks for all your help!
