Presentation Intermittent Failure For Unknown Reason

The platform is running on a Windows machine, with a robust video card, and all hardware has shown to be performing as expected. The trouble appears to rest with the presentation, but I can't seem to readily identify the problem. No errors were logged, and close review of the presentation revealed nothing out of the ordinary. I would very much appreciate help on this one. The presentation(s) are as follows;
http://preview.risevision.com/Viewer.html?type=presentation&id=048da20e-3a04-45e7-8feb-c4da5f2cb...

So far what has been tried is running an older presentation, and as soon as that was done, there were no failures to speak of. So you can see my confusion...Please help!?!

John,

Can you provide a little more detail as to what you're seeing?  Were both Presentations in the same Schedule?  From what I see right now, neither are in a Schedule at this time.

Thanks.

Sure, firstly neither presentation is scheduled because of the failures, these were intended to run in a clients place of business, and we can't have them failing like this, so they are currently using an older presentation that is stable.

What we are seeing is nothing, a blank black screen, indicating the screen is connected to a source that is displaying no content.

Can you set up a Schedule for this Presentation and run it on a Display?  On that Display, can you open the developer's tools (press F12) and go to the console tab.  Are there any errors listed pertaining content not showing?  If yes, can you post a screenshot of them here?

Thanks.

Did that, it's been running fine here for about 20 minutes, no errors show in the console.

Its possible it was a temporary issue.  If the Presentation is running fine now, then it would make sense that there's no error generated.

If you do see a problem, can you check the Console log and then provide us with the error it generates?

Thanks.

Sure, i will post errors if they occur. So to be clear; there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the presentations? Or scheduling, etc that you can see?

I don't see anything amiss regarding the Presentations or the Schedule and how they're set up.

Thanks.
