presenation not saving

I am new to Rise Vision. I was following tutorial and click the save icon for the presentation but the presentation does not save into my account. My account is completely blank.

I tried even making a brand new presentation and nothing saved. Just wondering what I am doing wrong. I have the 90 free trial for storage activated.

Same Problem. No new presentations, and no copy of presentations. More worrying is that the saved changes on a presentation are no longer updated on the preview. Publishing is not working either. Have saved multiple times but still have the last modified date as a few hours ago....?

Same problem here. This occured for the first time 2 days ago.  I logged off and waited a day and logged on again and it worked again. Now having the same problem again and signing off and on again within 15 minutes didn't work; so think I have to wait another day again!

This is definitely a bug, Everything was working fine about 8 hours ago, I'm sure Rise Vision Support will be all over it when they get to work in the morning.

I noticed that if you wait about 15 minutes or so, the presentations will show up in the list.  Not sure why the big time delay, but that's better than being completely down
