Port 9494 is not available, no display software

I installed the RISE player, but get an error ‘Port 9494 is not available’, and when I view the display, it says ‘No display software installed’, even though I installed it twice. I am using a Chromebox.

Hi Blake, I work with Miranda. The Chromebox is connected through a Sonicwall VPN. Could that be related?

It could be related. Are you still experiencing this problem?

Can you confirm that it is indeed port 9494 and not port 9449?
