Playlist does not loop

I have a schedule that has been working fine for a couple of months but has now decided to get stuck on the last item in the playlist.  Has anyone elese experienced a problem of this nature?

Hi Robb

Thanks for looking at this.  The schedule is "Lunch Specials".  It seems it gets stuck on the "Pot&Parma Deal" presentation.

Luke, I don't notice anything out of the ordinary here. The images are all a good size, and the Studio Test is on the latest versions of everything. I did notice that it doesn't look like the Studio Test was running yesterday, at least not from the logs. Was there a different Display that was having the issues with this Presentation yesterday?

sorry for the delay.  The studio test device I only use for testing at different times.  The display that had the problem was "Lunch/Seniors" but when I tested the schedule on the studio test device, it also has the problem where the playlist got stuck.  

I have now had to 'split' the schedule into 2 different schedules - 1 for Mon-Sat and 1 for Sunday.  I will manually change the schedule  to swap between these but this is less than ideal.  

So the problem remains

Hmm...that's a weird one. If you add the appropriate Presentations to the Schedule and have them set to only play on Sunday, while the others all play Mon - Sat, they should only show on that day. 

I wonder if there was something network or PC related on that Lunch/Seniors Display that was causing the issue. I would suggest rebooting that device and creating the Schedule in the fashion above. 

Once that is done, if you are still seeing the issue, I can add my 32 bit Windows Display to that Schedule and see if  can recreate.

Hi Robb

Apologies for the delay.  It looks like the problem has resolved itself.  I had tested on 2 different devices at 2 different physical locations and they both behaved the same.  There were a number of items set Mon-Sat and a couple set for Sunday Only.  One item was set to "All the Time" and this was the one that it was getting stuck on.  

However, its working fine now - If I have the same problem pop up I'll repost.
