Player stopped working

We have multiple displays that we bought directly from Rise Vision in one location & one of them has stopped working. It was working fine last week & stopped working when we returned this Monday. After checking filtering, etc. I'm stumped & need help. Anyone else have issues that they've resolved? All I'm getting is the spinning wheel. I've checked filtering & firewall settings and slimmed down the presentation to one slide just in case of a bottleneck issue.

Could you try uninstalling Rise Player and reinstalling from the newest version atĀ help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display ?

These are Ubuntu 32 bit...will the 64 bit work?

The 64bit installer will not work. You can download a 32 bit installer here.
