===================================================================================================================================================== I installed Chrome App Player on a unit, registered the Display ID that I set up prior on-line, and the player is playing content, but when I look at the "Displays" console on-line in Rise, it says that the player is not activated and not getting a heartbeat.  What should I try?

Bryan,

How long has this player been online? What OS are you running?

Since 6 PM ET last night.  I setup about 10 displays yesterday afternoon and all the others came on-line immediately.

OK.  I was having trouble with one display that shows up as green. I deleted and recreated the screen because it seemed to be in conflict with another screen - same display ID). It just keeps trying to load (grey screen, circle going around and around).  So I have to go through this procedure to help it find itself?

Dick,

Have you added that display to a schedule?

Yes.

I have done what the instructions say, and under where I added the URL that was listed is a message "Please provide a valid URL" and it does not let me click SAVE. Now what?

Where are you seeing that message?

I reread what you asked and, NO, I hadn't.  I can now see content scrolling.  Thanks.
