Player not starting

I have a couple displays where it appears the player is starting, but it just keeps going and going, never really starting.  One is ECDisplay.  The other unit got turned off (HillLobby).  But both look like they are in a loop.  I thought it was from our end, that Websense was preventing the computer from going out to Rise to run content.  Not sure that is the culprit now.

Can you see if you can ping the computer in question and tell me if it cannot get to Rise, or if I have other problems.  Thanks!

We wouldn't ping the machine from here. What I would recommend is looking at the Displays page for the Displays in question, seeing if they show green hearts or red hearts. Green means they can communicate with the Rise Vision platform, and Red means they can't.

Also, if they are green, you may want to try rebooting them either remotely or locally, and trying to do a traceroute and ping to rvaserver2.appspot.com, just to make sure that they can access the platform itself.
