player continuously crashes and restarts

The first resource failure is valid.  The image was removed however the 2 following errors shouldn't occur because:

They are items that are currently present in the presentation however they have timeline end dates that are in the past.  The images are in fact removed, but the resources shouldn't be loading since the items have expired.

We are using the Rise Vision chrome player on a Windows PC.

I'm going to try to replicate the issue locally. I'll let you know what I come up with.

Just an FYI - it still continues to reboot continuously.  In fact, the player has been blocked repeatedly.  I'm installing the Chrome App Player now to see if that resolves the issue.  Also, looking at the console, there were no errors.

My Chrome App Player dies under windows 8.1 with Bing. Is there any place that I can look for log files to know why it died?

Are you running the latest version of Google Chrome?

Unfortunately, there are no log files available from Chrome App Player. What kind of content is your presentation running? Also, can you explain what you mean by "dies"? Are you getting a crash notification, or is it just sitting at the desktop?

The app disappeared. It is just sitting on emlty windows. I am running a few presentations. Including Google spreadsheet widgets, some demo templates, and a HTML page.
