Placeholder playlist clears after repeating 1-2 times

I have a placeholder with 20 items in it, 4 of which are videos (all webm), the rest images. Once the placeholder plays through once or twice, the items just seem to disappear. I saw this because i put a background in the placeholder, one that hid behind the items, and when this problem occurred, i could see the background of the placeholder. I have the timeline for the placeholder set to play all day, and every item within this playlist plays perfectly.
Appreciate any help

Does the content come back eventually?  Is it all the content vanishing, or only some of the content?

If when this happens, can you open the Developer's Tools on the Display (press F12) and go to the Console tab.  Are there any errors reported relating to your content not showing?  If you could post a screenshot, that would be best.

Thanks.

All items are set to always, and all content is stored at Rise Storage.

Can you provide the Presentation ID here? To get the ID, when you are in the Presentation Editor, the ID will be part of the URL.

Thanks.

Here is the presentation id: cae7aa94-10cc-438f-b1cd-e6b03b150b65

Here's a screenshot of the console log from the player.

I've had a copy of your Presentation running for a couple of hours now and I haven't seen any problems with the Playlist going blank.

I did notice in the logs your provided that it had trouble playing one of the videos.  Can you delete the contents of the "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\RVPlayer\RiseCache\cache" folder and restart the Player?  Its possible that one of the video files there has become corrupted.

Thanks.
