I add employee photos to a PP slide show to be displayed during the RV presentation, but after a while, the photo's disappear from the slide. I can see that nothing has changed when I view the PP slide show on my computer, but the slide with the employee photo and text only displays the text. The photo is missing. If I re-create the slide the photo will show for a while, then it disappears again, just like that - it vanishes. What is casing the photo's added to the slide show to randomly disappear? *Note - other images (non employee images) do not disappear. It appears only the images of the employee's are vanishing from the slide show.

Hi there,

When you say you are adding photos to a PP slide show for the RV presentation, can you give me a little more detail on that?  Rise Vision doesn't support powerpoint files, so I'm guessing you are doing some type of conversion to the power point presentation such as converting the slide to an image and uploading it to your presentation?  If I have a little more detail, I can help you out better.

My mistake, no. We would be referring to a presentation, not powerpoint. We upload photos to Google Photos, copy the image link and paste it into the RiseVision presentation. Prior to Google Photos, we used Picasa Web to store photos online.
Once the presentations are built some photo's will not display in the presentation.

Thanks for that clarification!

Google Photo's no longer works with our platform, since those images are not publicly accessible anymore. Google announced this a few months, and a user shared it here in our forum.

My suggestion if you are using Google Photos would be to use the Computer Aid Photofeed Widget, which can read from Google or Instagram and put those images into your Presentation.

I hope that helps!
