I saw a similar post, but no answer.  please help

Hi Brandon,

This is most likely a firewall or proxy issue. Open Rise Player, once the loading screen launches, press control + shift + period to open Dev Tools, click the console tab and see if you have any errors. If you see any errors, please screenshot them and post them as a response here.

Thanks!

Brandon,

Another thing you may want to confirm is all the sites listed here: https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display in the What if I have a Firewall/Proxy? section.
