Hi!

If you are using Windows it could be an DPI scaling issue

Depending OS version...

Change the scaling setting in the control panel

Right-click over the desktop and select Screen resolution
Select Make text and other items larger or smaller from the bottom of the display settings
Change the size of all items = Smaller 100%

or

Right click on desktop shortcut
Go to Properties
Click on the compatibility tab
Check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"
Click OK or Apply

also

Make sure that the default page zoom level is set to 100% in Chrome - Advanced settings

I verified those settings and they are correct. Anything else could cause that?

Hi Richard,

Can you take a look at Neal's suggestion in this thread: https://community.risevision.com/rise_vision_inc/topics/resolution_issue-gvlvu and let me know if it helps.

Thanks,
Shea

Had the exact same problem. It was a setting in Win 8.1 that caused this odd behavior on a Samsung screen. All other screens were okay.

Have upgraded to Windows 10, no scaling problems

Richard,

Windows 8.1 is not a supported OS. You may try a reinstall of your OS, as this seems like an OS issue may be at fault.

the issue was with the display settings. when remote in the settings showed the slider was set for "small" but upon working on the pc itself i found out the setting was defaulting to "Large" easy fix
