We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting our entire user base. Accessing your Displays, Schedules, Presentations, and other functions of Rise Vision will currently return an error and not allow any of these sections to be viewed or modified. Your displays should not be impacted by this outage.

We are treating this as an escalated issue. We are working towards getting this problem identified and rectified as soon as possible.

We have been notified by Google of an issue with their search API. This is an outage that is affecting all customers utilizing the Google Search API.

They will provide more information by 2:00PM CST, we'll keep you informed!

It looks like Google Search API errors have stopped and Rise Vision has returned to normal. Let us know if you continue to have any issues.
