Joe,

I'm not seeing any negative impact on our uptime wall. At this time we believe it only affects our web applications.

Hello everyone,

This issue has been corrected, and all services are running normally.

If you have any questions, please be sure to let us know.

Thanks!
My rise player for windows 10 does not start and it is always with the icon trying to run in all my devices. is it related with this? we have internet connection and we did not change anything.

Gual,

My apologies, I am not 100% certain what you mean by "always with the icon trying to run in all my devices". Can you clarify what you mean? Also, can you confirm you are running the latest version of the Rise Vision Player from here: https://risevision.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000860926-Displays

Thanks!
