Offline Status-Connection advice

I have one display that is showing offline.  I have sent a restart rise player and a reboot player signal and this hasn't helped or changed the status and the display tv is blank.  What is a suggestion on the next step to get my display back online?

Kristin, if the player is off then no restart or reboot signal will go through. Looks like somebody physically must to turn it on.

Another possibility is that the device does not have access to all the appropriate Rise Vision sites through the firewall or network security tool.
