NUCs loading RisePlayer but not showing content

We have two Intel NUCs running here, and have been experience strange issues. We also have several Cenique C410 players that do not have this issue. 

When the NUC PCs boot, RisePlayer starts automatically, but the content doesn't appear, only a black screen. Interestingly, the other players of a different manufacturer, on the same network, booting at the same time do not have this issue. They load their content immediately, even the ones that are displaying the same schedule as the NUC PCs. 

We are running the latest version of RisePlayer (reinstalled multiple times, including today, and we are still having the same issue. What could be causing this?

I am not seeing any content displayed on any of my devices.  I wonder if there are issues in other areas?

Perhaps something with network. Our NUCs work fine. Those are Windows NUCs, right?

We've gone over this and so far can't seem to replicate it. Can you send us an email at, please reference this community post + your display ID. We'd like to get some remote software installed, and from there we can remote in and check on your setup to ensure there are no issues.
