Not getting the Monitoring Email for Rise vision chrome display app

I have not been getting the monitoring email. Above it, i tested the display by closing the app player and it still shows online in my account.

Pitstop,

Would you be able to check your account and displays for the following three things?
  • Under the settings tab in the "Monitoring Emails:" field, you will need your desired email address
  • Under the settings tab the "Allow Alerts" field should be checked
  • Under the Displays tab, on each display the "Monitor" field should be checked.
