First we were having problems with the images not fitting to screen (see image below) that started on Friday, and now I can't even view/preview anything on the backend. I work remotely, so I can't see what the screens look like now. What's going on??
We are not seeing these issues on our local uptime displays, could a resolution change have been made on your media player, or is it possible that some of the settings on the display itself have been changed?
Okay... I see something that might be causing the problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
The TV screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.
The Presentation and all images therein are set at 1920 x 1080.
However, when I go to the "Displays" page and select the display in question, the resolution is set at 1280 x 1024. That doesn't seem right. There also doesn't appear to be a way for me to change this on the Displays page.
Is this what's causing the problem? If so, is there a way for us to fix it ourselves?
