Hi again, I see this message in my screen “THERE IS NOT ENOUGH DISK SPACE TO SAVE THE FILE ON RISE CACHE“ but I got 18 GB free of space on my device (intel compute stick - windows 10), and show me no images, just that message. I cleaned out the Temp Folder, but still the issue, and just wanna show a few PNG images. I just unistalled Rise and installed it again, but nothing changes at all.

Hi there Marcos,

I can't say I have run into that before. Any chance you can tell me which Presentation in your Company is giving you this message? I wanted to investigate to see if I can recreate the same on my Compute Stick.

Thanks!
Yes, this is the presentation DD ENTRERIOS 3B

Marcos,

Any chance you can open the Windows Disk Utility and send me a screenshot of that? I don't see anything out of the ordinary with your Presentation. Also, just to confirm, the 18 GB's of free space you see, that is on the same drive that the Rise Vision Player is installed on, is that correct?

Wow, that is strange, I see nothing out of the ordinary. Do you get the same behaviour when you try to install any other programs? Do you get messages that you are out of disk space?

Can you check out the recommendations in this article to see if they help at all?

I look forward to hearing from you!
Yes, is really strange, and now check this out, if I set on it a different presentation, it runs very well, seams to be just with that specific presentation

what size are those png's then? were they saved with transparency? do you need transparency? if not, then save them as jpgs.

what I want to say... it is not the size most likely, but the png settings that mess with RV player (browser). unless you have something else in there such as web page or html widget.

I have had this happen to me once on a box with similar specs to the compute stick. It only happened once after an update but after a restart it fixed itself. I havent seen it again but if i see it i will report again.

Marcos, wow...that is odd. I didn't see ANYTHING wrong with those images. I think Darius hit the nail on the head, I wonder if there is something in the settings of those PNG's that is causing that issue. Very strange though, I've never run into that before. Perhaps try saving them as JPG or resaving as PNG and seeing if that corrects the issue?

Let us know how you make out!
