None of my content is working. Not from my preview page or displays.

Question:
I paid for a year subscription. How do I get my content back? Do I have to upload, add presentations & displays, and schedules again?

All of your content is still in storage. You may have to reboot your media players for the content to begin appearing.

I rebooted everything and still no go. I can not even see it on the preview page. Any other suggestions?
