No Risevision installed on Cenique

So we have a new Cenique, when we first connected it to the wifi it was doing an update to the software. But there is no RiseVision player installed on it. Also when we first connected it to the wifi/internet the Cenique unit never did the typical check for and install any updates/software.

How can we get the RiseVision player installed on the Cenique unit? (Its a model C110)

Hello,

Please send us an email at support@cenique.com and provide the MAC ID or serial # of your Cenique media player. Leave the device online and we will install the Cenique Android Rise Player app.

Anyone know of another way around this? I have a display I'd really like up and running by Sunday, but I think I just missed the Cenique support department closing for the long weekend :/

Unfortunately not. The Cenique team will need to load the Player application for you.
