No content is showing on my screens except for a static background

Today, my screens have been displaying just a background but no content that has to be updated on a regular basis.  They worked at one time today, but just started going black except for the static background graphic.  I logged off, then back on.  So far, only the static background displays. Is there any way someone there can see if this is because the computers driving the content are being blocked from going to the Rise cloud because of a rights issue on our network?  

We use Websense and periodically it prevents access to websites for no reason.  It has to be rest by a network engineer, and I want to be able to tell them that none of the screen can access Rise.
