We use google crome to control everything, but once uploaded, the videos lag at the start and there is no audio on the display.

Victor,

When you say the "videos lag", I assume you mean they are jittery and slow. Is that right?

Hopefully the fix is this simple; do you know if the machine is muted, set to use the wrong speakers, the speakers are turned off, or simply not plugged in?

Thanks!

Yes, the video is jittery and slow, I have a few the ones that are 30sec long the whole video is jittery. the one that is 5min its jittery at the beginning but then runs smooth.

I have not worked directly with the tv, one of our IT guys was because i work off site, but im in the office today. I was informed that with the previous program we used the speakers were on and working, and we have not changed any settings.

If it is a Windows or Linux machine, can you open the Task Manager (Windows) or System Monitor (Linux) to see what the CPU and Memory look like while the Presentation is running?

If they are very high while the Presentation is running, that may be the reason you are getting jittery playback of your videos.

Any chance you can share a link to your Presentation so I can take a look at one of the videos to see if there is any other reason it may be showing the way it is?

Thanks!

Preview your Presentation, and then send me the URL in the browser address bar to that preview.

Thanks!

Victor, I tried previewing your Presentation, and I couldn't get the videos to come up. When I look at your Storage subscription, it looks like it is expired.

This would make it kind of impossible to troubleshoot the issue, and your content being served from Storage may disappear quite soon. Were you aware this was expired?

At first glance, I saw that the video ending in mondaymp4.mp4 is 216 MB. Being such a large file, I imagine it is probably an HD file, similar to the one ending in ONLINE 4.mp4.

As a test, you should try a video at a smaller non HD resolution. I'm thinking the issue here may be what I had said before, the player may not have enough horsepower to run those HD videos.

Victor,

Are you continuing to have issues playing videos after taking the steps that Robb recommended?
