Hi all,
We are using the new Google Spreadsheet Widget and we are having problems. We can see the data but they don't refresh at all.

Anyone with the same problem? Thanks!

The Spreadsheet Widget has a minimum refresh time of 5 minutes.  Could the Display be updating, but just not immediately?

Thanks.

That is so strange.  I don't even have any images in rise vision.  Once I put a slide in, it shows me slides from days ago that don't even exist anymore (because they've been deleted from our server).   Is it possible to do phone support or do you have any other answers?  It's also grabbing my last 2 birthday slides which are named exactly the same, but show a different birthday list.  Something is going crazy here.

Drew,

The file that was linked in the presentation had a birthday from the 15th and was hosted on trib.com. Is it possible there is a caching issue either with your player or on your server?

Phone support is available for purchase at http://support.risevision.com/. We will not be able to troubleshoot issues with your hosting provider.

I'm guessing there is a caching issue with the player, because the moment I enter any image, the old slides appear.   The images don't even exist on trib.com anymore.  How would I go about refreshing my player?  Thank you so much for the support Blake!

Drew,

Is this on your media player, or while editing the presentation? If the old slides are while editing your presentation, try it in incognito mode instead.
I have the same problem with my spreadsheet. Every day the computer reboots it shows up old content. When I restart the player its ok... where does it hold the cache????

Martijn,

You can clear the cache by removing all of the files from the rvplayer folder except for RisePlayer and RiseDisplayNetworkII.ini.
