new installation won't load presentations

I installed the risevision player on a new imaged computer but I can't get any presentations to load. It starts the player but then it just spins and nothing happens. I have tried deleting the cache and I even deleted the entire folder and reinstalled it, twice. Any suggestions? 

This is a Win 7 64 bit machine.

Hi Geoff,

Assuming you have checked and scheduled your presentation properly, you can enable and run the Developer Console to help you troubleshoot the reason it is not loading content:

You would have to look for any error messages or anything that might tell you why the content is not loading.

Geoff,

It sounds to me like you don't have a presentation scheduled and assigned to that display. Please double check that your presentation is assigned to a schedule, and that schedule has a your display assigned to it.

Ok, now I feel like an idiot! That was exactly it! I created my presentations and schedule before I had the display ready and I forgot to go in and assign the display to the schedule. Thanks so much and sorry for wasting your time!
