My Presentations are gone. it seems the name of my google account has changed

Hi there,

For whatever reason, it seems like google has decided to change the display name of my account to something different, and I can't change it back. Whatever change they made, it is now keeping me from accessing my current Rise Vision account.

Is there a way to get my account migrated/changed/whatever so it works with my "new" account?

Are you still able to receive emails that are sent to the original account?

Sorry, I misinterpreted the reply to be that it wasn't the same company.  I was trying to find if it was a different company in the meantime

I currently have a similar issue, after a business acquisition I had to change the credit card details. After removing the old details the page refreshed and my account automatically logged out and back in again. Afterwards all presentation and account details had vanished. The google account still works as intended, it seems the link between it and our risevision account has been removed?
