My player got Hijacked

Ok So I have my presentation / Displays / and schedule set up I've been working for few days on testing and working with the android stick and My Rise Vision. I installed  My Rise Player and seemed to work fine. All of a sudden as my system is playing it gives me warning on screen that "display ID is in use on another system" Not sure how I can get back into settings but when I go to my rise vision account it shows the display is now running Safari as the browser?

That's so weird. To get back into settings is by hitting the back button or the right side button of a mouse.. If you have the disable navigation on, then hit it several times like 10 to get it to come up. I'm going to change that requirement in the next release where you only have to do it once. I would delete that display and redo a new one so you know it's not a bad I'd. Also be sure to check if any other players on the device is not running. Hope this helps.

Yes I finally got back into settings and was able to reassign a new id, but it's very strange that someone else able to get the same is. My players use chrome and when the display got "hijacked" it was showing SAFARI

No, seems  to be running ok for now. I will update if it happens again.
