Hi Nancy,

Could you navigate to displays.risevision.com, click the display that is supposed to be showing images, and tell me what is says next to Player Version:?
Ditto here. Image widget showing showing blank white boxes as of this morning.
For us:

Player Version: RisePlayerPackagedApp 15.11.20.7944
Viewer Version: 1-06-201609150004
Browser Version: Chrome 53.0.2785.103

Running on Chrome OS with Asus Chromebit everything worked fine until maybe 45 minutes ago when I tweaked the schedule.
And everything looks right in preview.

Nancy,

It is easier to help if we know what kind of equipment you are having problem with is. I suspect it is Chromebox or Chrome bit. I got this too and the solution is to restart the app or device. It happens more with 'heavier' images, but 'lightweights' do that too. Because RV does not support Chrome players anymore, it is unrealistic to have them doing something about this. I recommend switching to Windows devices whenever possible.

I ended up refreshing my browser and resaving the displays and all seems fine now.  You might want to try that.

What web browser works best?  I use Chrome.

Thank you!

Nancy,

I like to use Chrome for all of my presentation management.

Nancy, refreshing your browser does not do anything for your displays, but you are right, re-saving displays or schedules and publishing will restart your presentation. I like restarting the display manually because I can ))) and access to it is easy. This way I just make sure I flush out all the errors from of that box.

Also I noticed that one of our remote Chromeboxes sometimes fails to upload the background image. I simply made presentation's background color something very close to the pretty uniform background image and it saves the day because customer cannot notice the difference )))
