Chris,

We can't remove blocks, but another option would be for you to create a new display in your company, and link the Display ID to that schedule/player.

I put that in place once I saw the blocked display. Was hoping to avoid interruption again but I understand the reason for this. Could an outdated player cause the connection issue? I have RisePlayer 2.0.035 is this not the most up-to-date player?

Chris,

That is the current player. If you would like to do some testing with a different player version, I recommend our chrome app player. It's an extension to google chrome. You can find documentation and installation instructions for your particular OS here under the Chrome tab.

I will look into the Chrome app player as you suggested. Also, I do know that before our web filter was blocking the access to the site for awhile. Once we whitelisted the site it quit blocking access. I don't suppose there would be an error log or event list I can look at to see if it is continuing to lose connection?

Chris,

You can actually monitor all network activity through chrome developer tools, which is essential for troubleshooting these kinds of issues.
