i have two presentations.  each presentation consists of images and videos.  i have the images (PNG format) on the left and the videos (Webm format) playing on the right.  there are about 8 images and maybe 15 videos.  I have them running in loops throughout the day.
today, i added a second presenation basically a copy of the first.  I made changes to the old images and replaced them with new ones.  I added this second presentation to the current schedule.
here is the problem.  the images and videos does not complete the loop but it would alternate between the presentation.
example.  presentation1 contain img1, img2, img3.
presentation2 contain img4, img5, img6

here is how it play out..img1, img4, img2, img5, img3, img6....

i like for it to play presentation1 completely then play presentation2..
any help is appreciated.

Hi EB - I'd like to look at your schedule.  If you can post a link to it, that would be great - if not, just send an email to support@risevision.com and we will see it there.

Without looking at it, it sounds like maybe the duration of each presentation in the schedule may need to be adjusted.

Thanks!  Is this the test schedule that you are referring to?

Hi, I checked it out and you have the duration on the presentations set to 10 seconds each.  That means the player is being instructed to switch between each presentation every 10 seconds.  If you go here: schedules.risevision.com to edit your schedules, click on the presentation to see the settings.  In there, you will see a checkbox for 'play until done' meaning that the schedule will play the presentation until it's done before moving on to the next one.

Important note:  The schedule will play the presentation until done based on what placeholder you have set in your presentation as the play until done placeholder.  Be sure to go into your presentation settings and see what placeholder you have set to be your play until done placeholder.  In your case, you'll want to make sure that the play until done placeholder is the one with the videos in it.

I hope that helps!

Ray, Thank you for your help.
all videos are set for play until done.  From your instruction, i did make sure play until done is set for each presentation.
it is each image that i have set for 10 sec each.

The same problem persisted.  the image and video will alternate according to the 10 sec set for each image.

Hi - ok thanks for following up.   Just one more thing you need to do and I think you will be set.   Open each presentation.  Click on the cog wheel to open the presentation settings.  In the settings you will see a box that lets you select the Play Until Done placeholder.  Right now, on yours, the play until done placeholder is the EBBMainLogo placeholder - just change that to your Movies placeholder and you should be set.
