Browser issues perhaps? Maybe there were no extra presentations created, just browser went rogue...

Nope Darius, not a browser issue. Created the presentation from office system. Currently i have logged in from system at home. It shows duplication. I noticed that :-

First Duplicate Presentation was just blank with no placeholder
Second Duplicate Presentation was with placeholder but empty playlist
Third and actual Presentation was with video item in the playlist.

So i suppose the duplication has happened while saving the new presentation.

Prakash,

Interesting - can you send an email to support@risevision.com with a link to one of the presentations?

Prakash,

As per our discussion, can you try a different machine at the office to see if you can recreate this behaviour?

Hi there Prakash,

Were you able to recreate this behaviour on another machine?

Thanks!

Hi Robb,

I was not able to recreate this instance on the office or home machines. Can it be possible that i had instance of my gmail with another google account opened simultaneously in tab. Would the conflict of two different google accounts being operated the reason for this?

Prakash,

I don't think so, unless both those accounts belonged to the same Company, and you were creating Presentations as both users at the same time.

The only way I can imagine this occurring is if you had 2 users, logged in with the same account on two different machines, building the same Presentation, at the same time. Other than that, I am really at a loss as to how that duplicate process would happen.

If it happens again, please be sure to let us know. I'm very curious what could have caused it.

Thanks!

Robb,

i think i have narrowed on the situation. I had opened 3 instances of https://apps.risevision.com with same user account on same computer. Basically i keep open multiple tabs for ease of work. Creating presentation on one tab, schedule and displays on two different tabs. That might be reason.?

Prakash,

I just tested this, and I was unable to replicate. It's not likely that this is the cause. You may want to try fully clearing your cache.
