Moving sub-companies back under Rise Vision out from my company

On your site it states I can request to have a sub company moved back under Rise Vision (out from under my parent company), but that RV has to do this. That is stated here: http://www.risevision.com/blog/user-tips-and-tricks-managing-user-accounts-and-companies/.
I have submitted a couple requests to support@risevison.com but haven't heard anything back.

I have 2 sub companies that I would like to be moved out from under my parent companies. I want to keep these company intact so all the presentations & displays move with them to keep from having interrupted service. I would like them to be standalone companies after moving.

Is this still possible?

Hi Will,

Both companies have been moved.  If you need anything further, please let us know.

Thanks.

Neal,
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I do have one issue. The user account under "Woodstock Church - Main Campus" has only one user associated with it and that user does not have admin rights, I thought I made that adjustment back to admin yesterday, but it must not have saved. So, now i can't add any other user accounts to that company because there isn't an administrator associated with it. Can you make that account an admin/purchaser so I can access the settings, user, and network preferences? It is the "woodstockmissions@gmail.com" account.

Will,

The Admin role has been added to that user.
