More problems with single presentation

So I am having yet another issue with a single presentation that's being displayed on two separate displays. And it's the same presentation.

This time, one of them is showing weather, but not the calendar, the other, it's showing the calendar and not the weather!!!

This is the same presentation and two different displays with different IDs. Again, both running on the same hardware (Intel NUC).

Originally you had said it was because of my custom layout for the calendar. Now it's happening with the stock Weather Widget as well.

What is going on!

Glen,

Which version of player are you running?

Is the presentation in question "ms05 and ms06 - ..."?

Blake,
Those displays are currently running RisePlayer 2.0.035 and have Auto-Update turned on as well as scheduled reboots at 3am

Yes, that is the presentation in question. The only changes I have recently made are to the Images area adding new content.

Thanks for the information Glen.

I just loaded this presentation on a NUC on my desk, both the weather and calendar widgets load and display on the screen. It seems like this is either an issue with your media players or network. I would advise you to troubleshoot these displays individually with dev console.

Our ran fine too, until they didn't. I'm rebooting these displays one a week to deal with issues like this since switching to the Widgets, whereas with the Gadgets I didn't have any of these issues.

How do you get the Dev Console to come up with the presentation running?

Though I doubt I will be able to get any time until the end of the month for decent troubleshooting as we are in the middle of a MAJOR system overhaul launching on the 1st.

Glen,

You can find the keyboard shortcuts for chrome developer tools here.

Just as a point of reference, we run a presentation in the office that has both the Weather and Calendar widgets on several different OSes and Development channels. We update the widgets on the presentations when new releases come out to track bugs. We have not seen this specific complaint locally.
