Hello All

I just installed a display using a Intel compute stick and Vizio monitor. However when ever I turn on the display. The TV monitor turns off. The Intel compute stick is still streaming the content but the monitor seems to want to stay off. How can i fix this solution

P.S. Rise Vision Display shows that the display is a Green light so I don't know what is wrong

Just try upgrading the display driver. Most of the times its issue with display driver.

I would go with Prakash' recommendation first. Also, do a Google search on the specific model number of that monitor. Maybe others have had the same issue.

Let us know how you make out!

Try different HDMI cable even if it looks perfectly good. I have had problems with 2 Intel Compute Sticks when was using them with their original short HDMI extensions. Those are no good. Monitors were going dark and when connected remotely, I saw players operating under the wrong resolution. For a while it was a mystery to me until I accidentally broke one apart with a light touch when trying to solve 'dark monitor' problem. We changed the HDMI cables and that fixed our 'dark monitor' problems for good.

Also try different HDMI port... VISIO is not very reliable brand.
