Missing Display

I just did a little housecleaning and renamed a company, edited the schedule and the presentations in it.

I'm not sure what combination of things happened here but.. all of a sudden I don't have any devices showing in the Displays tab for one of my sub-companies.

We literally JUST mailed out this system to the first of our users with the RV system.

It shows "Error: Remote Procedure Call Failure" for this one company only.

I can verify that I see Displays under every other company I have, just not this one. I now the Device ID that is missing (there was only one) and the Company ID and would be glad to forward it to whomever.. 


Eek.. help!

I've replicated this issue, but fear not, I've been able to chase down the displayID and it's still associated with that company. It looks like this is being caused by some sort of error on the back end. I'm going to get this over to the team responsible. I'll get back to you when I have an answer.

THe Apps team is currently looking into this. You can use displays.risevision.com to access the display for the time being.
