I got two players (both are new), I just setted each of them with an ID, but all days, these players loose the ID, as I never setted an ID to them, just appears the ID window to set again the ID. What can i Do?

Marcos,

What kind of Player is this? You say it is a Mi Player, do you mean to say that it is an Android Mi Box (http://www.mi.com/en/mibox/)? If so, are you using the My Rise Player from Scott's Digital Signage?

If so, I would suggest contacting them at support@scottsdigitalsignage.com, as we have never tested on a Mibox.

Thanks!

I have not deactivated reboot, however comparing the data in AppData with a working display shows that the RiseDisplayNetworkII.ini has lost most of its information including the Display ID which was modified just after the reboot time. The install-events.log file shows the following...

This display is currently showing "Display ID not specified". Clearly the log file shows that it knows the Display ID but fails to acknowledge that. The display_config.json file appears to be untouched which also has the Display ID listed correctly.

Andrew, Marcos,

Would you mind shooting us an email with the Display ID's you are seeing this problem on we can investigate further?

Thanks!
