HELP!!!

I use RiseVision in a restaurant setting. We have 3 tv's that we operate for digital signage. The two smaller tv's (one in the lobby and one in our take-out area) cycle through easily 30+ screens with out fail. However, our larger tv (in the bar) which cycles through about 10-15 screens consistently gets a low memory error that shows up on the display. I can not figure out what is causing it but it happens at least once daily. Can any one offer some help or insight??

Rons,

Are all of these media players the same? What kind of hardware are they, and which player are you running?

I would have to get back to you on the hardware. As for the palyer, I am running RisePlayer 2.0.035.

Please excuse my ignorance to this issue. I was thrown into this with no knowledge of it at all and am trying to learn as I go, as the person who set this all up and knows all the info is no longer around.

rons,

It's likely that this issue isn't caused by our player, but instead something else running on the hardware. You may want to check out Perfmon to see if anything jumps out at you.
