Media Library Still not working

Day 3 of no media library.  Anyone else having an issue with this?  We first were notified of an issue yesterday.  It turns out after some looking into it, for some reason one of our 5 media library subscriptions did not go through, which affected several customers.  We subscribed again, but still 24 hours later the media library content is not working.
