Majority of our screens status is RED!?

Everything has been working fine for months and now all of the sudden, this morning a majority of our players are showing RED status. One locations I know for sure is locked or frozen on an image. Is something going on? Is it something on Rise end? We mostly use Cenique players with a few chrome. But it's the Cenique players that are RED. Please help with suggestions.

Hi there,

My suggestion would be to reach out to asking them to assist you remotely. They have the ability to remotely update and assist in diagnosing issues such as this. Is it possible that there was a network change recently that may have disconnected these devices?

I contacted them. Sounds like I need to update all the cenique players to newest version of Rise. AND I need recreate all of our (many) presentations new with the new editor as all of ours is built by classic editor. Sound right?

If that's what they suggest, I would follow their suggestions. Cenique support is very good and won't steer you in the wrong direction =)
