Majority of our screens status is RED!?

Everything has been working fine for months and now all of the sudden, this morning a majority of our players are showing RED status. One locations I know for sure is locked or frozen on an image. Is something going on? Is it something on Rise end? We mostly use Cenique players with a few chrome. But it's the Cenique players that are RED. Please help with suggestions.

Hi there,

My suggestion would be to reach out to support@cenique.com asking them to assist you remotely. They have the ability to remotely update and assist in diagnosing issues such as this. Is it possible that there was a network change recently that may have disconnected these devices?

I contacted them. Sounds like I need to update all the cenique players to newest version of Rise. AND I need recreate all of our (many) presentations new with the new editor as all of ours is built by classic editor. Sound right?

If that's what they suggest, I would follow their suggestions. Cenique support is very good and won't steer you in the wrong direction =)
