Hi,

I have received reports from many of my customers this morning that screens are black or white, have checked the preview where they work. When I connect with TeamViewer are they black or white. Have checked schedules, reinstalled player etc. but no thing helps.

I have found the problem, when there is a schedule of a placeholder or presentations in a schedule it will be wrong. The screen goes black (preview is ok). This has happened in the last day. I have had several customers that it happened for, and all uses scheduling with multiple presentations or placeholders. Can you please check this asap meanwhile i have to change presentations manually and many have complex schedules

I just sent a message to the support team with the exact same issue.  Glad we're not the only ones.  I have two displays that are black, but I can log in.  I changed the schedule to Always and that brought the display back, but when I tried to re-apply the schedule, it went black again.  I sent them a message regarding that.

We too just had this issue on some of our signs, where they just are black but the preview works... we also have timely schedules set for it

As an FYI, you don't need to wipe our your entire complex schedule, just keep switching the presentation that needs to play to Always and it will present. Now I'm stuck manually monitoring the schedules for over 30 displays! eek!

I posted this yesterday...I'm pretty sure it's related to the problems described above.

We use the placeholder timeline feature to schedule placeholders to only show on a certain day of the week.   Starting today after I had to reboot a player the timeline settings don't seem to be working.

If I set the PH to show "Daily" there is no problem...the place holder shows up and the content displayed.  If I set the PH to every 1 week on Monday it does not show up (it's Monday).  Even if I set the PH to every 1 week on M,T,W,T,F,S,S it still doesn't show up.

I've tested this with a completely new PH just showing text and I can't get it to show up when just showing text.
