Lots of network traffic coming from RiseVision PC

Our RiseVision PC's (3 in particular) are generating a lot of traffic to google, to the point where they suspect we're doing a DOS attack and block us even searching.

The traffic is a lot of fin packets that google think are malicious. We initially thought it might be a virus or other malicious software but there's nothing to be found.

The fin traffic starts when the Rise application launches and stops when we quit out. Using sysinternals tcpviewer.exe the installer.exe launches a lot of sessions.

Is there anything we can do? I've attached a pic of our firewall log:

I'm looking at your Company now, can you give me the names of the 3 Displays that you are seeing this occur on? We'd like to investigate to see if we can determine the issue from our side.

Hi Robb,

Thanks for that. I've powered on all the car park displays and it seems better but it still shows a fair amount of traffic for example at 10:38 it sent :



I have a csv log file, can I send that through to you?
