Lost Display and RiseVision Account

Multi Headed Monster Problem:

I set up a Cenique C410 to RiseVision account and connected it up to a display.  Worked fine.  I then bought another C410 and set up another RV account to another display.  Worked fine.  Two separate RV accounts, two separate players and displays.  Worked fine.  

I wanted to take the first media player and make it a sub-company under my second account.  I unhooked the media player from my first display and connected it to my second display.  I got a different IP and HDMI to a new monitor.  I did not update anything.  I unhooked this original player and tried to reconnect to the original monitor.  When I plugged that media player back into the original network port and original monitor, I get an error showing on the display.  'The Display ID, 2USEGTMNEV72 was not found.'  On top of this my first RV account that was linked to my first media player has lost all its settings.  It is not linked to the media player and the presentations are gone.  I lost my media player settings and my RV account.  What happened and how do I recover this?  Not sure why when I log into my original RV account all those settings would just disappear.  

What I would like to do is the reload the RV OS on the first Cenique media player and set it up as a subcompany under my second display or just restore my original media player and account.

For an issue like this, it is probably best to get in contact with us at support so we can track it down. Can you contact us at support@risevision.com and get us this information. It would also be helpful to get us some information on how to identify both accounts (display IDs, email used to login, company ID, etc). From there we should be able to find your content.

Hi Tyler.

I just created a new Display ID within my sub-compnay and synced it up with my player.  The player and sub-company worked fine.  I then added my user to the sub-company and adjusted his rights to the account.  He logged in with his new rv account and it worked great.  Thanks for your help on this one.
