The Risevision Player seems to be blocking my wireless keyboard?  Windows 10 32 bit on Lenovo stick.  Rebooted everything, mouse is working, eliminated keyboard (works elsewhere).  Any ideas?

Rupert,

The Windows 10 Player kills Explorer, but I have always been able to press Ctrl + Alt+Del on my keyboard to bring up Task Manager. I just tested it out now and it works like a charm.

Maybe it is something unique to that hardware?
Yes, that does allow me to get to task manager, but then what?  Previously I could use shortcuts to do things link Ctrl R, and Ctrl + or -?  Those seem to be no longer possible.  Was there a change on the RiseVision end?

Rupert,

I think that is because Explorer is not running. If you open Task Manager, start Explorer.exe, then you will be able to run all your commands.

To stop the Rise Player once you have started Explorer, you can kill all java and Electron processes from the Task Manager.

Thanks!
