Soon we'll be stating work to build an RSS Widget that will be compatible with our new Editor (https://editor.risevision.com) and will replace the existing RSS Gadget. If you're currently using the RSS Gadget - what changes would you like to see in the new RSS Widget?

Good news !

If possible, it would be great to have a widget a bit more "UX designed" and also, if possible, a widget that only proposes layouts really available (meaning that if a website doesn't propose a RSS feed with pictures, the widget can know it and offers layouts according to that).

In any case, thanks a lot!

Following Pons idea, it would great to be able to add a title to the RSS feed that is shown when the RSS thread is displayed.
Today, I use a placeholder with several rotating RSS feed gadgets from various sources. So far, there is no way to identify the information provider (with one single fixed RSS feed in the placeholder, I may add an extra placeholder with the title).
I wish to keep all type of existing displays : by batch, by scroll ticker, ....

Something else maybe is the ability to specify the size of an attached picture in percent.

PS. Will be happy to get the new widget because so far, I can not use the new editor just because of the use of the RSS gadget.

We use the RSS feed as a scrolling bar at the bottom of our displays, but I don't remember it being very intuitive to set it up for that kind of usage. Maybe an option that sets it up for scrolling?

I'm glad to hear about the new widget, though. It's the only gadget we are still using!
