Login Loop with Chrome on Mac

Today I identified an issue with a client who is working on a Mac. I set up a remote support session and could verify a login loop. They are using chrome, and would press the login button, enter their google info, and Rise would bring them to another blank login screen. Here's what we did to verify:
1) Cleared Cache
2) Logged out, closed browser, logged in again
3) Tried different modules of Rise to log into, ie; presentations, displays, etc
4) Verified Chrome is up to date

I believe this issue is Chrome related for Mac users only. I can't replicate on any PC. Plus, when we opened Firefox, they were able to login successfully and do their updates.

Just a heads up.

Official Response
Hi Ed,

Can you please clear your cache and check to see if you have third party cookies blocked in Chrome and if so, change the settings as per below and let me know if it corrects the situation:

From Chrome in a browser tab, go to chrome://settings/ and scroll down to the bottom and click Show advanced settings...

Under Privacy, click the Content Settings button

Make sure that only the first option "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" is selected and no other options.  ie make sure that "Block third-party cookies and site data" is NOT checked.

Thanks!
