Lag in the Platform??

Just today (12/2/2014) When updating presentations or schedules, an interesting and significant delay occurs on my end. All indications are that the update (save) took, but when the saved presentation is previewed or schedule list is refreshed, the preview shows a presentation from 3 or 4 saves (revisions) back and the schedule displays no changes at all.

Example: A player move from one schedule to another reports back that the player you are trying to assign, is already in another schedule (but when you check, it is not there (cuz I removed it yo!)).

I can work around the presentation updating problem by saving and then making a copy. I then preview from the copy. I can not currently preview from the original presentation as the changes are not reflected.

Any one else or am I the only "donkey on the edge"?

This is happening to me just now!  I updated 3 presentations, saved, and published and the platform is not recognizing my updates.  However, my co-worker (another user on same our system) is updating and hers seem to be working OK.

Any commonality/differences in the way the accounts are setup? Are you both Admin's? Are you and the functional user in the same company (by that I mean a company in RV)? Has this happened to you before?

I have seen Significant delays and Content is also not showing in my presentation editor, Just showing a Broken Image symbol, when trying to Update content in my presentation pulling from RV Storage....

Please inform me as well if there is an issue or if it will take X amount of time to correct as I am in need of updating within the next 2 hrs or so as per client request

Minor update: I have tested a number of functions (including adding and removing gadgets from the library, creating or deleting presentations, creating or modifying displays, creating or modifying schedules) and I am experiencing the same thing everywhere. About a 5 to 10 minute delay in any change becoming visible/usable.

Been fighting this problem for the last hour and finally thought to look out here to see what was going on.  Are we close to a resolution?  Just deciding whether go home or not. :)

Having the same problems. I have tried to delete a schedule but it won't delete.

We have isolated the issue and are in the process of resolving it. You should see updates become responsive within the next few minutes.

This issue has been resolved. You should be seeing your presentations and schedules updating as normal.
