We are currently experiencing accessibility issues when trying to access the Store at store.risevision.com or when adding content from a Placeholder. We are working with our hosting provider to resolve as soon as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience and we hope to have it resolved soon.

We have restored access to store.risevision.com including the ability to add content from a Placeholder. Once we have addressed all remaining accessibility issues we will post another update.

We have fully restored access and functionality to store.risevision.com. You will once again be able to add content to placeholders through in-app store purchases.

Serious problems with Chrome and the management interface all day today.  When I switch to Firefox most of this issues go away.

Can you be more specific? What kind of issues are you seeing? Any warning messages? Could you provide a screenshot?

This is after I have signed in and gone to "Editor".   If I reload it a bunch of times sometimes my presentations show up or if I sign in a few more times.     Also I can be in a presentation editing it and it will bounce me out to this occasionally.    I have had no problem with chrome until today.  If I log in with Firefox the problem doesn't seem to occur.

Andrew,

I see that you have some extensions installed. Would you be able to try accessing the Rise platform through incognito mode and let me know how it responds?

Just removed all extension one at a time as they weren't anything I couldn't put back in quickly.   Restarted browser after each one and same problem.   

After that I cleared the browser cache.

Problem fixed.
